I NEVER miss a meditation!
For me, daily meditations have provided an ultra grounding platform that has allowed me the ability to become practiced in my present…my Now.
Living in the Now allows us to experience life in such a way that makes everything pop! All of your experiences, everything, is more vibrant, more colorful, more poignant with so much more meaning. [inlinetweet prefix=”” tweeter=”https://twitter.com/ChenoaMaxwell” suffix=”null”]Through meditation, becoming practiced in the present is like stripping away years of varnish that has been shellacked on to our lives. [/inlinetweet]Can you imagine? Some of us are completely lost in the smog of our lives completely unaware.
Some of us are completely lost in the smog of our lives completely unaware.
Being PRESENT is a necessary and very key ingredient to Living Limitlessly! Without the gift of being aware of the present, Love and the life you CHOOSE to design just doesn’t align with our message to the universe and our higher power. Unlocking a Limitless Life, is predicated on the basic principal of Love in all of its manifestations. That universal ingredient called Love is fortified and enhanced in the stillness of a peaceful heart and restful mind. In my opinion meditation is the most direct way to access and unlock that pure connection.
So how do you go from 100 to zero real quick? The first step is to…well, actually take the first step.
Dissolving stress, the management of day to day annoyances and the stopping of the white noise is imperative. Meditation is becoming more and more mainstream these days. Many people practice meditation hoping to stave off stress, mental frustrations and breakdowns.
A great meditation method we have found for beginners at Live Limitlessly, is Mindfulness meditation The practice involves sitting comfortably, focusing on your breathing, and then bringing your mind’s attention to the PRESENT without drifting into concerns about the past or future.
The practice of meditation does not require the focus and mental solitude of a Buddhist monk. It simply starts with a…start. If you have already taken our 30 Day Date Yourself Challenge: A Self + Love Experience you’re already familiar with the technique.
In the words of the great Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, “Being Peace: Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is a wonderful moment.”
Be Love. Live Limitlessly! xo
