Confession: I’ve hit a wall! I am literally running on fumes.
Not exactly sure how I, the expert at Living Limitlessly got here, but somehow along the journey of transformation and creating my newest project the 10-Day Awaken Love Challenge, I forgot the wisdom of balance.
I’ve become so consumed with work and the pressure to progress that I slowly started to shelve my own needs. tsssk..tssk..
As deadlines mounted, so did my stress level. The simple ability to sleep became an almost impossible task. Working round the clock for weeks on end left me fatigued, snippy and at a loss for creativity.
Then… a few weeks ago, on a way to a meeting, I ran into a (very handsome) friend I hadn’t seen in a while who asked, “You okay? You look a little run down?” Gasp! I’m sorry… did he just say, I look run down?!? Talk about having an “Oh No” moment! And an… “Ah Ha” moment at the very same time. Oh the power of words! It was then that I realized how far I had moved away from my center.
Most of us can relate to this all to well. We all seek a life of balance, but what can we do to shift from burnout to balance?
